EA SPORTS FC Social & Community Intern

Electronic Arts is seeking a talented intern to join the EA SPORTS FC Integrated Communications Team as a Social & Community Intern. The successful candidate will play a valuable part in defining content and tone, maintaining engagement, managing social channels, and reporting on community feedback and content performance.

The role involves:

• Supporting social media and community campaigns across major channels
• Engaging with the community through various channels, such as Discord
• Compiling weekly community sentiment reports using social listening tools and qualitative feedback
• Tracking social media performance metrics to recommend activations that increase social engagement
• Coordinating community council sessions and organising player feedback
• Monitoring social media trends, tools, and best practices for future activations
• Partnering with internal teams to build integrated social campaigns

To be eligible, candidates must:

• Be in their penultimate year of an undergraduate Bachelor's degree with a planned placement year
• Be available to commence a full-time, 12-month placement in July 2027
• Be eligible to work in Guildford, UK without additional visa or relocation support

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for EA SPORTS FC and an understanding of the community's wants and needs
• Knowledge of social media platforms and metrics of success
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic content creation skills using tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro
