Beauty Expert

As a Beauty Expert at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will be the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters.

You will combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Building solid relationships with team members and management
• Championing the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Adapting your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities
• Following company grooming standards

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
