Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support

- Stock, set, and sell Target products

- Adapt to new technology and systems
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for long periods
