Sales Trainee - Dallas

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Dallas. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will:

• Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores
• Ensure effective service to customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull executional standards

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Training: Participate in the training program, with eligibility to interview for Account Sales Manager roles upon successful completion
• Business Acumen: Understand Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, establish professional relationships with customers
• Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools, communicate with ASMs/DSMs, train with ASMs
• In Route Support: Cover ASM routes, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Off Route Support: Support audits, blitz, building displays, merchandising to drive sales

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
