Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Ramp, you'll solve complex problems, shape product capabilities, and unlock growth upmarket. You'll interact directly with customers, understand pain points, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver software end-to-end that meets the needs of large customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals and expand value
- Drive the core product engineering roadmap through the embedding model
Requirements:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Extensive experience building with and for agents
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- Comfortable being customer-facing and working in a fast-paced environment
