Recruiter, Communications

Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with its Communications team. The successful candidate will be the team's primary recruiter, owning searches from intake through offer, and advising leaders on talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
• A passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and a realistic view of its risks and limitations
• Experience recruiting for communications, PR, or adjacent roles
• Ability to find and engage passive candidates through creative channels
• Strong relationships with senior leaders, and the confidence to provide data-driven recommendations
• Excellent writing and attention to detail skills
• Experience running a high-touch recruitment process that respects candidates' time
• Ability to turn hiring data into actionable insights
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling executive and confidential searches with discretion

Strong candidates may also have:

• Experience hiring for a high-growth technology company with a significant public narrative
• A network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent
• Experience supporting executive hiring
• Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in recruiting

The annual compensation range for this role is $240,000-$295,000 USD.
