Musketeer Scout (Long Maternity Leave Cover) Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Musketeer Scout (Long Maternity Leave Cover) Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lombardia 2, Bergamo.

As a Musketeer Scout, you will be responsible for taking ownership of an established territory and gaining valuable experience within Red Bull. You will be the entrepreneur of the territory, responsible for analysis of customer potential and developing optimal tour planning. You will also be the Canbassador, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and develop optimal tour planning (routing, call cycle, coverage) across corporate canteen, in-house company bars, university, industrial, hospital site, and vending machines
• Win new customers across different areas
• Be responsible for the visibility and availability of Red Bull products
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
• Drive and expand the business by identifying opportunities and turning them into sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is certainly an advantage
• Flexibility and autonomy
• Strong communicator with impressive communication skills
• Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer

Benefits:

• Annual gross salary: starting from € 28,800, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities
• Travel 90-100%
