Art Director - Create

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our EA Create team in Shanghai.

As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in engaging with one of our key franchise partners, ensuring high-quality content and partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and pitch directions, prove concepts, and execute deliveries
• Work closely with the art team and coordinate with the design team
• Communicate with external franchise leadership and ADs to ensure alignment and traction
• Report to the Create Head of Creative

Requirements:

• Solid experience in game art and development, with multiple shipped game titles as an art director
• Experience in map creation, collaboration with multiple domains, and achieving common targets
• Strong storytelling capability with a consistent visual language
• Fluent English skills, with the ability to run art presentations internally and externally
• 10+ years in the game industry, with 5+ years in senior roles (AD or Lead)
• Team leadership experience, with people manager experience preferred
