Massage Therapist, Central London, Covent Garden

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our Lush Spa team in Covent Garden, London. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for performing Lush Spa treatments, representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will complete a 4-week onboarding program at their assigned spa location, followed by a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. Travel expenses and accommodations will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing Lush Spa treatments following set routines and standards
• Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Looking after clients' experiences and ensuring their journey runs smoothly
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
• Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
• Maintaining high standards in the spa, including cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools provided
• Keeping product and treatment knowledge up to date
• Supporting stock control

Requirements:

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage
• At least 1 year of practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, and products
