As a Food Manager, you will be part of the management team that drives the business forward. You will be responsible for leading the food hall team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing compliance with processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
- Managing compliance to processes whilst bringing passion and flair for great shop keeping and customer service.
- Ensuring every customer gets the food they want when they shop with us.
- People management, including managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
- Assuming overall responsibility for running the store at times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Experience providing brilliant customer service and coaching a team to do the same.
- Ability to deliver KPIs and manage disciplinaries, performance issues, or other similar employee relations issues.
- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting.
