HR Specialist

Kody is seeking an HR Specialist to join its dynamic HR team, driving growth across the UK and EU. The role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from screening candidates to onboarding, HR routines, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new joiners across the UK and EU.
• Handle daily HR administration, including employee records and payroll/benefits coordination.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and European labor regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end offboarding process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
• Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing recruitment pipelines.
• Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
