Description
Recorded Future is seeking a highly accomplished Principal Technical Account Manager to own the technical and strategic success of assigned customer accounts across their entire intelligence journey.
The successful candidate will partner with customers to define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes using Recorded Future's full suite of capabilities across the platform, integrations ecosystem, and services portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the technical and strategic success of assigned customer accounts
- Partnering with customers to define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes
- Proactively monitoring and acting on advanced customer adoption, health, and renewal risk signals
- Leading executive and technical business reviews
- Preempting customer needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Serving as the primary strategic advisor for key enterprise and global accounts
- Designing and executing strategic customer success and intelligence adoption plans
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product management, data science, and intelligence teams
- Executing bespoke intelligence advisory engagements
- Evangelizing Recorded Future capabilities and serving as a trusted advocate
- Championing best practices and enablement frameworks
- Expertly managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintaining exemplary administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of experience in consulting, intelligence advisory leadership, or customer-facing cyber threat intelligence
- Outstanding understanding of intelligence principles, methodologies, and tradecraft
- Expertise in intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, security integrations, and SaaS ecosystems
- Strong verbal and written communications, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven success in account health management, risk mitigation, retention, and growth
- Strong understanding of the Intelligence Lifecycle and common security frameworks
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cyber security, computing science, intelligence studies, or a related field
- Native Japanese and conversational English
