Description
As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Apeldoorn store, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of the shop floor. You will assist customers in finding the right products or solutions using your specialised product knowledge, setting an example for your colleagues.
You will serve as a point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor, addressing problems and complex customer queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for training, guiding, and coaching your colleagues to help them improve their performance.
Together with your team, you will work to continuously improve the Coolblue store, sharing your ideas with the (Assistant) Storemanager.
The salary for this position ranges from € 2,946 to € 3,146 per month, based on 40 hours of work. The exact salary will be determined based on your experience and discussed during the hiring process. You can expect a monthly allowance of around € 150 gross, and your salary will increase annually.
