Description
NVIDIA is seeking a Document Analyst to support its mechanical engineering team in product development programs. The successful candidate will coordinate Bill of Materials (BOM), part number assignments, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and operational documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build BOMs, assign part numbers, and implement ECOs.
- Optimize documentation processes, aligning them with development cadence and operational needs.
- Review and develop existing processes and documentation, preserving standard processes.
- Partner with engineers to understand builds and structure documentation using tools like Creo and Windchill.
- Maintain alignment of assembly structure and SKUs between engineering teams, factory operations, and partners.
- Ensure collaboration among cross-disciplinary participants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of engineering hardware components, manufacturing techniques, and processes.
- Experience in documentation related to New Product Introduction (NPI) for mechanical product development and production tooling.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with PLM platforms like Windchill.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in product development, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing creation.
- Track record in developing NPI processes, involving coordination with operations.
- Direct involvement in prototype construction and production.
