Syneos Health is seeking an Analytical Scientist to join their team. As an Analytical Scientist, you will perform all activities related to processing and analyzing biological samples.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities related to processing and analyzing biological samples.
- Document activities related to sample analysis and assist in verifying various documents.
- Initiate analysis runs using the appropriate instruments and software.
- Follow up on result analysis and assist in finding solutions to bioanalytical issues.
- Assist in eliminating chemical and biological waste generated by laboratory employees and help clean laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Perform support tasks to meet the needs of laboratory users.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Operating Guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or College Degree in Science.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and analytical software.
- Basic understanding of analytical chemistry requirements.
- English language proficiency; bilingualism (Quebec specific) with understanding of simple messages and following basic instructions.
- Relative alternate certification may be considered acceptable.
