Kitchen Assistant - Football

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Red Bull Bragantino, a football club based in Atibaia, Brazil.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing food and beverages, including washing and cutting vegetables, and assembling mise en place for meals
• Assembling snack trays with drinks and food, identifying and storing them according to requisition
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, including floors, sinks, countertops, refrigerators, stoves, and ovens
• Assisting with inventory counts of food, beverages, and other items
• Verifying daily that food is properly labeled, within its expiration date, and meets quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a kitchen assistant
• Knowledge of meat, fish, and vegetable cuts
• Familiarity with food preparation, pastry-making, and baking
• Time management and adaptability skills
• Conflict resolution and teamwork skills
• Critical thinking and good verbal and written communication skills
• Completed primary education
