You will manage facilities projects across multiple Americas offices, overseeing site selection, design review, construction, and final delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage ongoing facilities projects across multiple Americas offices
Review and estimate costs for design work, equipment procurement, installation labor, materials, site preparation, and project expenses
Inspect construction progress against drawings, specifications, schedules, and code requirements
Maintain day-to-day operations by coordinating moves, adds, changes, office services, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Oversee outside contractors and vendors, ensuring work quality, schedule adherence, and alignment with Synopsys standards and safety protocols
Prepare and manage operating expense budgets, track expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend capital investments
Provide regular project and operational updates to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7+ years of facilities management, project management, or corporate workplace operations experience
Demonstrated project management experience in a corporate or high-tech environment
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Experience preparing and managing budgets, analyzing cost variances, and making data-driven recommendations
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Americas
Availability for 24/7 on-call status to respond to urgent facilities issues
