Product Manager, Professional Services

Stripe, a leading financial infrastructure platform, is seeking a Product Manager for its Professional Services team. This role involves owning the portfolio of service offerings end-to-end, ensuring they are well-designed, effectively sold, and profitably delivered.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience, demonstrable experience shaping or owning a service offering, commercial literacy, strong analytical skills, and excellent written communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and governing the offering portfolio, including scope, hours, pricing, and resource plans
• Managing the full offering lifecycle: design, build, launch, iterate, and deprecate offerings
• Ensuring the portfolio stays current with Stripe's new product launches
• Designing and implementing a governance framework for the portfolio
• Defining and tracking offering KPIs, such as attach rate and gross margin
• Running regular performance reviews and presenting findings to ProServ leadership
• Analysing delivery burn data to identify areas for refinement
• Conducting structured retrospectives with Delivery Leads to capture insights and feedback

Preferred skills include familiarity with Certinia and/or Salesforce, and exposure to partner and SI ecosystem dynamics.
