Requirements and Project Management Intern

We are seeking a Requirements and Project Management Intern to join our team in Munich, Germany. As an intern, you will work on exciting automotive projects related to electrified drive systems and support our team in requirements and project management. You will gain valuable practical experience in requirements engineering, data analysis, and modern tools.

Your tasks:

• Support the capture, analysis, and maintenance of requirements in exciting automotive customer development projects in the field of electrified and electrical drive systems
• Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of customer development and research projects
• Create and maintain project reports, evaluations, and presentations, making project successes visible using modern tools for efficient data preparation and analysis
• Participate in project meetings, actively contribute your ideas, and support the implementation and further development of processes in quality and knowledge management
• Work on cost and progress control, as well as resource and work planning

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program
• Interest in automotive and innovation, ideally in the field of electrified drive systems
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and interested in digital tools and topics such as data analysis or artificial intelligence
• Structured and independent working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills with fluent German and good English language skills
