Director of Product Management, Fan Care Community

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Product Management, Fan Care Community to lead their product management organization. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of the Fan Care Community organization and work with team members to improve fan community experiences, including community engagement and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for EA's Fan Care Community product portfolio
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Build trusted partnerships across Engineering, Design, Community, Studios, Player Safety, Fan Intelligence, and Executive Leadership
• Champion customer-centric product development through fan research, analytics, experimentation, and emerging technologies
• Lead portfolio prioritization and investment decisions
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and outcomes to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading customer-facing digital products or product portfolios
• 5+ years leading and developing a team of Product Managers
• Experience defining product strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering measurable customer and business results
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, digital communities, customer experience, Trust & Safety, or AI-powered products
