Description
We are seeking freelance translators from Gaelic to English to join our growing global community of linguists. As a freelance translator with IQVIA's Translation Services team, you will work on delivering life sciences content in target languages and markets efficiently and effectively.
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Native fluency in English (target language) - spoken and written
- Fluency in Gaelic (source language) - spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
- A university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience, or no university degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
- Ability to work according to tight deadlines and independently
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
- Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localisation company is desirable
