As a Manager, Product Management - AI/ML & Data Platforms, you will lead the product strategy and execution for our sensitive data ecosystem, enabling lines of business across Capital One to build, train, and deploy advanced ML and Generative AI models safely.
The Enterprise AI/ML team powers real-time, intelligent banking by introducing new AI/ML capabilities and safely scaling business-led innovations across Capital One. You will work at the intersection of product, platform engineering, risk, and security to solve complex technical and operational challenges.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing.
- OR: Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience in AI/ML, machine learning engineering, or generative AI development environments, with experience supporting data scientists and developers building complex models.
- Experience building environments or platform tools operating under strict regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security frameworks.
Salary Information:
- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 per year
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year
