Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee specific programs from prototype to production start-up and customer launch. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of program management, including managing engineering changes, ensuring products meet specifications, and maintaining communication with various departments and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage programs from prototype to production start-up and customer launch
• Oversee engineering changes and ensure products meet specifications
• Communicate with various departments, including production, tool room, quality assurance, and engineering
• Act as liaison between customer and company
• Investigate and analyze cost-saving proposals
• Participate in presentations and provide technical support on product launches
• Track program progress and maintain impeccable records

Requirements:

• College or university degree in mechanical engineering, tool and die experience, or tool and die design
• Experience in engineering or tooling with an automotive background
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a must
• Excellent problem-solving techniques required
• Training in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP & PPAP, Effective Problem Solving & 8D, DOE
• Familiarity with company and customer quality systems
