We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Experience Study function within the Actuarial department at Prudential.

The successful candidate will lead health analytics initiatives, including claims analysis, morbidity studies, and cost trend evaluations.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining models to support claim projection, trend identification, pricing, product design, and portfolio management
Collaborating with actuaries, underwriters, product managers, and data scientists to enhance health risk assessment and product competitiveness
Analyzing and interpreting health insurance data from Indonesia, including BPJS Kesehatan and private health schemes
Monitoring regulatory developments and market trends impacting health insurance in Indonesia
Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
Managing health-related reporting, including loss ratio, combined ratio, claim variance, etc.
Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to building a data-driven culture within the department

The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Public Health, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in health analytics, preferably within insurance, healthcare, or consulting
Strong understanding of the Indonesian health insurance landscape
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
Leadership and people management capability
Fluency in English

Preferred skills include:
