Development Manager - EA SPORTS™ UFC

The EA SPORTS UFC franchise offers an electrifying spectacle and entertainment of MMA for over 20 million players globally. As a Development Manager, you will report to a Development Director and ensure game feature delivery is on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include managing a development team, providing project management support, tracking dependencies, identifying risks, and facilitating prioritization decisions.

You will work collaboratively with other project managers to resolve cross-team issues and improve project management processes. You will also establish processes to ensure all workflows are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead Experience with production lifecycles, processes, and project planning
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Game Development, or Business
• Experience in a software development environment, including using tools like Jira
• Experience working with expansive teams with various skillsets, experience, and backgrounds
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Slack, Excel, Google Sheets, and other project-tracking and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
