Executive, ROC Distribution Support-1

We are seeking an Executive, ROC Distribution Support-1 to perform end-to-end Replacement of Certificates (ROC) appeal process.

Responsibilities:

• Process ROC appeals submissions from agency force, including compilation, segmentation, validation, and extraction of certificate components.
• Formulate batches of worksheets for ROC Appeal Committee deliberation and Appointed Actuary approval.
• Handle inbound email correspondence from agents, sales teams, and relevant departments regarding ROC matters.
• Provide professional and accurate information to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a family takaful environment.
• Knowledge of takaful products and operational processes.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
