Description
We are seeking a Senior Security Officer to develop, coordinate, and drive security efforts within RE&FM Nordic at Vattenfall. This role involves creating and implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with security requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive RE&FM's security strategy in line with group goals and requirements.
- Ensure security requirements are integrated into operations, projects, and deliveries.
- Lead work in physical security, personnel security, preparedness, and resilience.
- Conduct annual risk assessments, create security plans, and monitor actions.
- Drive security-related investigations and improvement efforts.
- Develop governing documents, processes, KPIs, and follow-up models.
- Act as a strategic advisor to management and operations on security issues.
- Build strong collaboration between operations, projects, suppliers, and group functions.
- Represent RE&FM in internal and external security forums.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in qualified security work.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, and identifying, assessing, and managing security risks.
- Experience in developing governing documents, processes, and follow-up models.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
