Description
Grab Financial Group (GFG) Philippines is seeking a Director to lead the full spectrum of financial services in the country, including payments, lending, insurance, strategy, and partnerships.
The Director will be responsible for:
- Leading organized change management efforts to improve cross-functional structures
- Partnering with regional leadership to harmonize new product capabilities
- Leading an executive team across Payments, Lending, Insurance, Strategy, Partnerships, and Operations in the Philippines
- Promoting a culture of disciplined execution and continuous innovation
- Championing Grab's mission and values within GFG PH
- Owning key relationships with major financial institutions, government agencies, and strategic corporate partners
- Working closely with Regional Vertical heads to bring hyper-local products and solutions to the market
The ideal candidate will have:
- 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in financial services
- Experience in leading large-scale organizational change management or complex platform transformations
- Expertise in one or more financial services products
- Experience managing and extracting value from multi-layered business structures
- Deep experience in navigating regulatory landscapes during high-growth periods
