Product Delivery Officer

We are seeking a Product Delivery Officer to join our New Business / Policy Services team. As a Product Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for the smooth roll-out of new products, ensuring that they are defect-free and highly automated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the project workgroup to roll out new products, representing the New Business Admin/ Policy Services team in project meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met
• Work with the technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off
• Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure smooth product roll-out
• Document business/handling rules of products launched in existing SOP/User guides

Requirements:

• Keen learner and able to work independently
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Digital mindset, able to appreciate and apply digital tools to processes for efficiency
• Experience in product development/implementation processes, UAT testing, and digital submissions processes
• Knowledge of Life, ILP, and term insurance plans, as well as New Business/ Policy Services functions
