Praktikum Produktion Projekt- & Prozessmanagement

What you'll do

You'll work on planning and executing projects and workshops to optimize processes. You'll develop and implement methods, processes, and standards in the factory. You'll work on the Porsche Production System and develop processes for series production of new car innovations and the introduction of factory innovations.

• Planung und Durchführung von Projekten und Workshops zur Prozessoptimierung
• Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Standards im Werk
• Arbeit im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie "Porsche Produktionssystem"
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen zur Serienfertigung von Fahrzeuginnovationen und Einführung von Fabrikinnovationen
• Produktionsplanung neuer Fahrzeugprojekte in der frühen Phase des Produktentstehungsprozesses
• Begleitung von Prototypen und Vorserienfahrzeugen sowie Unterstützung bei der Anlaufkoordination

What you need

• Ein Studienplatz für Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Maschinenbau, Physik, technische BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Power Automate von Vorteil
• Eine Ausgeprägte Automobilaffinität
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
