Description
As a Retail Artist at Charlotte Tilbury, you will drive sales targets through exceptional artistry and outstanding customer service.
You will consistently promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service, assist with maintaining required stock levels, and create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
You will report to the Assistant Business Manager/Business Manager and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
- Maintaining required stock levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment
- Supporting counter events and new product launches
- Creating brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating strong product knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in the beauty industry
- Strong interest in the cosmetic industry
- Make-up certificate(s) is a plus
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Willingness to take on new challenges, strong team player, proactive and self-motivated
