Account Sales Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Manager II to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL. As an Account Sales Manager II, you will be responsible for increasing product sales and placement at large and small format off-premise stores. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to the Account Sales Manager I and Sales Trainee positions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned RBDC accounts
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts
• Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
• Inspire and support the ASM I and Sales Trainee positions in peak performance of best practices
• Support the DSM position in route coverage, Power Route Rides, Monthly Performance Review, and vacation/leave coverage
• Establish and maintain regular and ongoing communication with DSM's, ASM I, and retail partners/decision makers
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop solutions
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow
• Teach the ASM I selling skills through the established selling process
• Collaborate with members of the RBNA Sales and DP Teams to develop and execute programs
• Demonstrate best practices while on Launch Support
• Ensure diligent use of Daily Tracker to measure On-route and Off-route contribution

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience as Account Sales Manager for a minimum of 6 months
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
