Description

The Commercial Vehicle Center (CVC) Compliance Coordinator supports the CVC Program Manager in administering, reporting, and auditing the CVC organization.

This role serves as a key point of contact between the CVC Program Vendor, OneMagnify, and the CVC Field Team, ensuring program requirements are met, documentation is accurate, and communication flows effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CVC Program Manager with day-to-day CVC Program Administration, including documentation, tracking, and program updates.
  • Support compliance reporting activities, including data collection, validation, and preparation of compliance summaries for leadership review.
  • Conduct audits of CVC program activity to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and program standards.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the CVC Program Vendor, OneMagnify, coordinating deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring timely execution of program tasks.
  • Interface regularly with the CVC Field Team across all five market areas to support program communication and issue resolution.
  • Track and follow up on compliance-related action items with field and vendor partners to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing compliance status and program performance.
  • Identify and escalate compliance risks or process gaps to the CVC Program Manager.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and analytical requests related to CVC program operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of automotive, program administration, or compliance-related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with reporting, auditing, or data tracking processes
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across field and vendor teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and reporting tools

Location & Travel Requirements:

  • Based in Southeast Michigan, with regular reporting to the Ford Pro office in Detroit, Michigan
  • Minimal travel required; occasional travel (up to 10%) may be needed
