Strategic Account Executive - Poland - Government & Utilities

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Poland's largest enterprises, focusing on Government & Utilities. The ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Polish institutions.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage ElevenLabs' industry-leading models and ElevenAgents to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, primarily in Government & Utilities
• Identifying new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency
• Leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and developing compelling business cases
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape
• Demonstrating expertise in conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value
• Developing and executing account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Polish Government sector
• Partnering closely with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI

Requirements:

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI or generative AI
• Proven success closing deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Well-connected in the Polish Government and Utilities landscape with an existing network of senior individuals
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
• Passion for voice and audio AI and its transformative value for customers
• Native or full professional proficiency in Polish; strong English for internal collaboration
