Manager, Fixed Asset Tracking and Recovery

We are seeking a Manager, Fixed Asset Tracking and Recovery to lead our Fixed Asset team at NVIDIA's Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and recovering NVIDIA's fixed assets globally through asset end-of-life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and align physical and systematic fixed assets with our data center infrastructure management system and asset tracking systems.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of records across accounting and operational asset tracking systems throughout the asset life cycle.
• Drive global process automation and continuous improvement initiatives for fixed assets.
• Develop expertise in our fixed asset ERP software system.
• Maintain understanding of the purchase requisition approval process and provide training.
• Lead periodic physical inventory and update system records.
• Assist with developing and documenting asset accounting processes and monitoring system controls.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control processes.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting with knowledge of US GAAP.
• 7+ years of related experience in Fixed Assets accounting, preferably at a Fortune 100 company.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with accounting software systems, preferably SAP, and data center infrastructure management tools.
• Demonstrated experience automating processes and activities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
