Associate Relationship Manager

We are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking team in Dallas. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will assist Relationship Managers in retaining and growing customer relationships, adhering to the Group values, business strategy, operational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing high-growth international Corporate Banking customer relationships
• Handle New to Bank onboarding, internal and external relationship reviews, and ad hoc projects
• Prepare concise call reports, research, and analyze client, industry, and competitor financial and macro-economic data
• Represent the bank at client meetings, introduce product partners, and coordinate the application process

Requirements:

• Experience in a Commercial Banking environment or a client-focused environment with a demonstrated understanding of commercial lending and credit risk assessment
• Experience working within a global environment and with international clients
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking and Markets structures, products, and services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Proven leadership skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, and strong analytical and financial skills
• Licensed Registered Representative, FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE mandatory
