Evening Supervisor - Cleaning Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all evening cleaning operations, ensuring standards and schedules are consistently met
• Train, motivate, and support team members,fostering a positive, accountable culture
• Conduct regular quality checks and address issues promptly
• Act as point of contact for clients and site management during evening shifts
• Manage supplies, equipment, and accurate completion of daily paperwork
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or facilities supervision (evening/night shift preferred)
• Strong communicator who leads by example and builds trust
• Confident problem-solver with an eye for detail
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams
• Organised and proactive,can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
