On Premise Executive (Musketeer)

We're looking for an outgoing, sociable individual who's passionate about nightlife and entertainment in Cancun. As a Musketeer, you'll be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building relationships, connecting with key people, creating opportunities, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with like-minded individuals in strategic hotels, including concierge, bar managers, beverage directors, and F&B directors.
• Represent the Red Bull brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the hospitality environment.
• Develop relationships with key industry players, such as hospitality stakeholders, F&B leaders, concierge managers, event organizers, and wedding planners.
• Ensure the availability of Red Bull products and premium execution at third-party events and Red Bull events.
• Negotiate and execute activations, seeking proactive opportunities to implement creative elements that drive the Red Bull image and compensate for investment.
• Identify and execute experiential and creative opportunities, including corporate conferences and weddings throughout the year.
• Develop and protect On Premise accounts in the assigned territory, analyzing the territory and specific business of each account to identify opportunities and drive distribution.
• Ensure correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and product portfolio within the territory.
• Establish volume objectives with each account, including execution of Red Bull KPIs.
• Constantly review business volume and initiatives aimed at developing the business.
• Foster collaboration with the local distributor's sales force to achieve adequate numerical distribution.
• Conduct periodic Staff Educations/Energizers to ensure brand knowledge, perfect product service, and optimal pricing.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence different audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
• Valid driver's license and availability to drive as part of the role.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
