Houseperson - Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

We are seeking a Houseperson to join our team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport hotel in Herndon, VA.

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public spaces, and stocking housekeeping supplies to our quality standards. You will also assist housekeepers and guests as needed, providing friendly, courteous, and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness: Ensure necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to requests in a positive and timely manner.
• Safety/Risk Management: Ensure a clean and safe work area, following all regulations and procedures.
• Self-Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties, adhering to attendance and grooming standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer-focused, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
