Description
ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to support its General Manager in Canada. This high-trust, high-impact role involves driving revenue operations, supporting regional strategy, coordinating complex enterprise relationships, and ensuring smooth operations across the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate will combine sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the GM of Canada on commercial strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
- Managing forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, and capacity planning for the Canadian team
- Supporting the execution of complex, high-value deals and strategic customer relationships
- Coordinating calendars, projects, and communication across teams and time zones
- Identifying and solving operational challenges before they escalate
- Building clear, repeatable processes to help the Canadian organization scale efficiently
- Using AI tools to automate workflows, streamline operations, and multiply impact
- Handling sensitive matters with discretion and serving as a trusted partner across the organization
The successful candidate will be based in Toronto, fluent in English, and preferably proficient in French. They will have experience in consulting, investment, private banking, revenue operations, or a go-to-market role within a high-growth startup.
