We are seeking a Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Drive sales by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings
- Maintain a full and organised sales floor by setting, filling, and pricing merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve guest experience
- Operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
