As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments, including pharmacy and beauty.
Essential Functions:
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, and work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health
Required Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet for sustained periods, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, and having close visual acuity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

- $15.00 - $22.00
