Description
You will be working as a trainee in the HR department of Porsche Engineering, focusing on young talents. Your tasks will include:
- Onboarding new employees, including the organisation and execution of our induction events
- Supporting the organisation and execution of measures to promote young talents, such as student internships
- Recruiting and supporting our dual students
- Initiating and supporting events to integrate our students
- Creating student contracts and certificates
- Creating certificates for our employees
- Working with the diversity team on projects related to diversity and equal opportunities
- Supporting employees and applicants with their queries and learning the operational HR environment
You will be studying in the field of business administration, social sciences or a comparable field with a focus on human resources. You will have ideal experience in the field of human resources and good knowledge of MS Office. You will be able to communicate fluently in English and very well in German. Your strengths include a well-developed organisational skill and a self-motivated and proactive working style. You are motivated to work in a helpful team and demonstrate your excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
The traineeship will start in July/August 2026 and will last for 6 months. You will work full-time (35 hours/week).
