As a Manager – Responsible AI, you will be part of the AI Governance Framework team, responsible for designing, testing, scaling, and improving Mastercard’s AI Governance Framework. This involves collaborating with partners in AI Governance’s Operations and Tools & Enablement teams, engaging with business owners, data scientists, policy, regulatory and legal specialists, and partners in other risk functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to ensure governance processes are well-integrated with new risk control tools and operational practice
- Engage and work with partners across Mastercard to share designs and concepts, test products, and collect feedback
- Dive deep into operations data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate and improve governance processes
- Create and manage roadmaps that align Framework development with governance objectives
- Communicate RAI framework upgrades across the organization and to leadership
Requirements:
- Experience designing, launching, reviewing or refining business processes for efficiency, simplicity and effectiveness
- Experience with or strong knowledge of Responsible AI and AI technologies
- Strong organizational skills, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to explain governance or risk concepts to business stakeholders
- Skilled at resolving conflicts between stakeholder groups and obtaining approvals and driving decisions without authority
