Senior Scale Solution Engineer

As a Senior Scale Solution Engineer, you are a technical anchor for our scaled customer motion, advising customers across multiple stages of their lifecycle.

The impact you will have:

• Independently own engagements across customer lifecycles.
• Be the go-to expert on the Databricks Data + AI Platform, building reusable AI-augmented workflows.
• Work directly with multiple customers and set the quality bar for the team.

What we look for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in Data, AI, or Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of AI-driven development with programming languages like Python or SQL.
• Understanding of end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflows.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
