Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation, your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality, evidence-based care to each patient to help them exceed their functional goals
- Developing timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Building positive relationships with patients, their families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital staff
- Collaborating with hospital teams, including physicians, case management, and nurses
Qualifications To apply, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program
- Registration with the NBCOT
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
Compensation Details The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000, considering various compensation factors including background, experience, and work location.
