Description
Join Electronic Arts as an Associate Communications Specialist in Madrid, Spain. You will be part of the communications team, reporting to the Senior Communications Specialist. Your main responsibility is to create finished visual and written content for teams across EA and player communities.
The Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is crucial in delivering actionable insights to optimise software performance and elevate gameplay. As a communications specialist, you will produce various content types, including playtest emails, panel messages, community updates, newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content.
Responsibilities:
- Create and refine content using generative AI
- Develop templates and prompt libraries to scale content creation
- Produce localisation-ready versions for players
- Bring fresh ideas to open briefs and share progress
Requirements:
- Portfolio showcasing range across presentations, layouts, player-facing work, video, or motion
- Hands-on experience with generative AI in creative production
- Adaptability in voice and tone for players, leadership, and teams across EA
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent, plus video and motion tools
- Genuine interest in games and their communities
Education:
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related creative field
