Guest Services Event Staff

We are seeking a Guest Services Event Staff member to join our team at the Iowa Speedway. As a Guest Services Event Staff member, you will be responsible for interacting with guests, assisting with event operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

What you'll do

• Transporting and assisting guests, including ADA guests.
• Scanning tickets.
• Assisting guests at admissions gates and inside the grandstands.

What you need

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
