Senior Relation Manager CMB

We are seeking a Senior Relation Manager CMB to join our Corporate Banking business at Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited. As a reliable financial partner, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, and more.

Job Duties:

• Achieve business targets for profitability and growth, including loan growth and deposit taking
• Monitor the quality of loan book and maintain a good balance on risk/return
• Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Motivate and develop subordinates and juniors
• Evaluate credit proposals to ensure consistency with Bank's lending policies and risk appetite
• Ensure control measures are undertaken to minimize risk exposure
• Support senior management in identifying strategies to maintain/enhance overall relationship return
• Provide high-quality industry sector, competitor, and client-level analysis to support business development and credit risk assessment
• Identify marketing opportunities and prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for new products and services
• Provide general support in servicing client relationships and enhancing income generation
• Prepare briefing notes for key client meetings
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues
• Work on preparing structured application remarks for clients
• Complete review and submission of credit risk returns
• Understand and ensure compliance with relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures
• Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points
• Continuously improve the client experience and protect the Bank by acting as First Line of Defence
• Provide multi-jurisdictional client support and facilitate client review, renewal, maintenance, and exit activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate lending, trade finance, and credit analysis
• Strong sales and customer service orientation with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
