We are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and beauty expertise to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized sales service to customers in the beauty zone
- Building lasting relationships with customers through effective upselling and suggestive selling
- Sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques with customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized beauty zone
- Participating in sales training meetings and conference calls
- Meeting sales goals and tracking progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-driven and able to multi-task
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for some locations)
